HEAD TO HEAD

Send someone the ten you just played. They get the same questions, and the comparison at the end is not about who knew more. You can win this having got fewer right.

A head-to-head result comparing two players’ calibration on the same ten questions.
Both bars for each player: what they said, and what they actually got. Priya was right less often and still read herself better.
  1. 01

    Same ten, no advantage

The link carries the day, not your answers. They see exactly what you saw, in the same order, and nothing about your result until theirs is in.

  2. 02

    It compares calibration, not score

Whoever’s confidence tracked reality more closely wins. Someone who got six right saying “about 60%” beats someone who got eight right insisting on 95% — because one of them understood their own uncertainty and the other got lucky.

  3. 03

    Close results are called close

Below a margin it says so instead of naming a winner. Declaring a victor on a gap that is smaller than the noise in ten questions would be inventing a result.
